Project Overview
Sunrise Securities is a boutique investment banking firm specializing in capital raising, corporate finance advisory, and strategic financial transactions for emerging growth and middle-market companies. The firm works with domestic and international businesses to help them access capital markets, structure financing deals, and execute strategic corporate transactions.
The project focused on designing a modern digital experience that communicates Sunrise Securities’ financial advisory expertise while presenting complex investment banking services in a clear and accessible format for business leaders, investors, and corporate clients.
Problems
Investment banking services are often complex and difficult for companies outside the financial industry to fully understand. Many corporate leaders seeking capital or advisory services struggle with:
1. Understanding different financing options
2. Navigating equity and debt capital markets
3. Structuring mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
4. Identifying the right financial partners for growth
The challenge was to design a website that simplifies these financial services while maintaining credibility and professionalism expected from an investment banking firm.
My Role as UI UX Designer
As the UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for designing the digital experience and interface for the platform.
My responsibilities included:
• UX research within financial services and investment banking websites
• Structuring the information architecture and navigation system
• Designing wireframes for core service pages and landing sections
• Creating high-fidelity UI layouts in Figma
• Developing visual storytelling sections for financial services
• Ensuring responsive design across desktop and mobile devices
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Impact
The redesigned platform strengthens Sunrise Securities’ digital presence by clearly presenting its investment banking services and capital markets expertise. By simplifying complex financial advisory concepts through structured UX design, the platform helps corporate clients and investors better understand how Sunrise Securities supports strategic growth and financing initiatives.
