Before the redesign, Arcadia Marketing faced several core challenges:

  • Generic Web Presence: Their old site didn’t reflect their energy, bold personality, or forward-thinking approach.
  • Low Conversion Rates: Key call-to-actions were buried in cluttered layouts, resulting in missed leads and fewer demo requests.
  • Outdated Visual Identity: The brand looked dated compared to competitors in the marketing space. It lacked the edge and polish that clients expect from a modern marketing partner.
  • Poor Mobile Experience: Inconsistent formatting and load issues on mobile created friction, especially among their Gen Z and millennial audience base.

My Contribution


I was brought on to lead the digital redesign from strategy to execution. My main focus was to create a visually impactful and conversion-optimized experience that would reflect Arcadia’s confidence, creativity, and capability.

Key deliverables included:
